The Diploma provides foundational knowledge in management, focusing on basic principles, skills, and practical applications. It is equivalent to one year of full-time study and prepares students for entry-level roles or further studies.

The Diploma is divided into 6 subjects (5 credits each, 250 notional hours per subject) to cover essential management areas. Each subject includes lectures, tutorials, assignments, and assessments.

  • Assessment: Combination of continuous assessments (40–50%, e.g., quizzes, assignments, group projects) and final exams (50–60%).
  • Practical Component: Subjects like Business Communication and Principles of Marketing include practical exercises (e.g., presentations, market surveys).
